I accidentally upgraded the wrong account

    Hi, I made an unfortnuate mistake. I have 2 JotForm accounts, and I accidentally upgraded the wrong one.

    I just sent 2 Paypal Payments for $90 - Paypal ID #s 7TW590213G2039538 & 8VR64918PS4103156.
    Is it possible to refund Paypal ID # 7TW590213G2039538 and downgrade this account plaid_rainboots to free?
    I wish to keep Paypal ID # 8VR64918PS4103156 and the account SCIC to a premium account.

    I'm hoping this can be resolved. Thanks!

    Done. One of the payments will be refunded within 1-2 weeks. The other payment is applied to SCIC.
