try as i might i cannot change the email address to where the form must go once submitted - please help - i change it in the wizard but does not change and goes to default email address

Here's a guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications
Make sure to make an actual submissions with your form to test the form notification email addresses. Clicking the "Test Email" will only send a test submission to your default account email address.
