    Hi joao,

I'm Sorry to say that your question should be addressed on Joomla side. Joomla does have pre-installed registration form which is already connected to your Joomla database after the installation so you can make use of it. However, you can always use JotForm to do this job but it would involve huge custom php script which I think not supported on Joomla side as far as I know. But just in case if its not "Joomla" we have a workaround that can be found in this aricle http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-Insert-Update-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP

Hope this answers your question. Please let us know if you do have further questions.
