I am having difficulty selecting a submission folder when integrating my Jotform with Google Drive. In the past, the drop down was populated with form values, but lately I only get a blank list.

I made a test with a cloned version of your form, but I can't recreate the same issue, please check the screenshoot:
Could you try by claring your Browser's cache and cookies and then try again?
