Not able to Sign Up - Error: Email address has registered before.

    Hi

    JF registration process tells me my email address is already in use which is weird as I have never signed up.

    I attempted a pwd reset but the reset button (ie. send email) does nothing.

    I'm a Wufoo user looking to switch, not a good start (MacOSX Snow Leopard latest version of Chrome)

    Hello Tim,

    I would like to apologize for this issue.

    Upon checking our records, I don't think you have registered with email address "tmarsh1@gmail.com" yet.

    It must be a browser related issue and you should clear your browser cache before trying to register again. Here is a guide which should help you in how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
