the upload progress does not display on iPhone. So far your service technically accomplishes what I need, but you need to hire new design team, it really lacks behind time. And I mean not only your site but the form templates you offer. I'll skin my form myself, I just want to solve progress bar issue on smartphones.

Could you try by using the Ink-Filepicker tool under porwer tools instead of the standar file upload field?
Hope it helps
please let us know if you need further assistance

Yes, except it doesn't do anything. When I click on "Pick file" it does not open up the window to select the file. Do I need to configure in some special way?

I unchecked all the boxes in the wizzard but the 'Computer', the window that prompts still is listing all the sources on the left. How do I control the size of the windows as well as it is not very pretty intergration.

I found the the to allow only COMPUTER, it was in the picker settings. Still looking for a way to resize the wondow though.

That upload window is coming from the Ink Filepicker side, so it is not likely that you can style it through us.
Note, the mobile version of that upload dialog is different from the desktop version. It looks really good on the mobile devices.
In case you would like to add your custom styling, it should be possible to do through Ink Filepicker site.
You will need to look for a Web Dialog section.

Yes, mobile version is good, although "camera" button opens the library rather than camera. Now the height of the upload window is stupidly hardcoded into the iframe so there is nothing I can do. So weird, giant 'drag and drop' window and then only half visible.

Also, for some reason it stopped uploading the files to dropbox, it just creates pdf with the link to ink file picker. What happened? Thank you!

I see you recomend on couple of similar questions to remove the dropbox connection and recreate it. In my case it doesn't work. I've tried recreating the form, recreating connection. Doesn't help. Only PDF is created in dropbox. It doesn't put alot of trust in stability of the service.

I've tried BOX integration and the same thing happens. Only PDF file is uploaded.
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on September 02, 2013 at 11:14 PM
That's because both integration are from different services. Filepicker isn't integrated with Dropbox or Box as far as I know so you should check the uploaded files to Inkfilepicker site since they also store the files uploaded from your filepicker upload tool.
Just login to filepicker and check your files under Console tab.

Yes, I saw that. But I specifically wanted to be able to upload to Dropbox and have a upload progress bar that would also work on smartphones. I which you would of told me that when suggesting the Ink dropper. So to clarify there is no solution with your service that would accomplish what I wanted, is there?

Good day! In Inkfilepicker, I don't think that's possible. Have you tried our Upload Button with Multiple File upload function? However, our upload button only works with files located on your device/computer. It doesn't work much like with Inkfilepicker.
- trustsafepayAnswered on September 03, 2013 at 10:22 AM
Okay, multiple file upload function seems to solve all the problems but created a new one. Now when I upload via phone, I select more than one image, it uploads only one image. I suspect it is due to the fact that on iPhone all the send images are named photo.JPG. Also if I send another image the first one gets overwritten since it has exactly the same name photo.JPG. How to solve this issue?
- trustsafepayAnswered on September 03, 2013 at 10:47 AM
This thread addresses the same issue, and according the the last update the issue has been fixed, although I'm experiencing it now:
If it has been fixed why am I getting my iPhone uploads overwritten?

Thanks for reporting.
We'd suggest to please open a new thread for this concern as it doesn't seem to relate to this thread anymore. Kindly add further details like the iOS version and what browser/version you have encountered the problem so we can forward it to our dev team.
