I am creating my first form and I know almost nothing about this. It is a registration form to play Padel. The problem is when booking the same time.
Is there any way to detect and reject form the inscription?
Thank you very much for your kind help.

Hello, Do you mean that if someone booked a date on your form for example say tomarrow on 9/3/2013 at about 1:00pm then if another person tried to book that date you would like to have a message displayed to reject it? Can you please confirm that this is what you are talking about? Or?

Unfortunately, This is something that we don't have a feature to specifically " Reject " certain booked dates and timeframes. So for this you would have to create this via the form's source code and either hire someone or learn the programming yourself to customize it this way. I believe we have something similar for this somewhere in our Forum where it disabled booked times. This may take some time but if I can locate it or figure out something for this then I'll update you as soon as I can. It is possible that my colleagues may have some additional ideas or suggestions as well.

Okay so I started thinking about this more and one way I thought of that you could work this out would be to use an approval Method via a Confirmation Email using an AutoResponder on your Form. This way you can either use a hidden field or a field that is hidden thus if you change the Status it will update the Submission sending a notice to those whom have booked the form and you can choose what you want to display to them.
Example Form of Two different Ways. You can see the Approval Status Field but if you clone the form you'll notice that there is a Second Way to do this via a Hidden Field. The Dropdown box however can be hidden with css if you prefer. The only downside though is that none of this is automated so this is only a manual workaround to notify your customers that the date will not work so they need to discuss with you a new date.

Thank you very much for your immediate response and detailed. I can do it with html? Reject the subscription when it occupied the reservation? I want to hire paying monthly JotForm form, but I need to resolve this before.

Good day! I don't think this possible with HTML Formatting or by the use of the Form Source Codes. I have tried to find for workaround, but I can't find any that would accomplish the same. I guess this can only be done in server side.
I would suggest creating a separate thread requesting such function so we can forward that to our developers. However, even if the request will be forwarded to our developers, we still can't guarantee you if that will be implemented and or if our developers will be going to add it.
