Can I change the dropbox account that I am currently synced to?

    I created an account using my personal dropbox for testing purposes and need to switch everything over to a different dropbox account. Is this possible?

    Hi iprinteasy,

    Yes, you can change the DropBox account integrated with your JotForm forms. Remember to remove the existing DropBox account integrated in all of your forms before you make the changes.

    I deleted the forms. Now how do I change what dropbox account is integrated with my account?

    Hi iprinteasy,

    You can recover the deleted forms by going to your Trash folder. Then go to the Submissions Page of that particular form and reconfigure the DropBox form using your new DropBox account. If it still doesn't work, kindly provide us the name or URL of the deleted form and we'll help you make the necessary changes in your DropBox-JotForm integration.
