    We have been using Jot forms for about more than 3 months and we have never had a problem receiving notifications to my AOL account. Now, we are not getting anything and people have been submitting forms. We have tested out to yahoo and it works. But the AOL does not. This is for my company and they only use AOL.     Hi Johnny,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I'm pretty sure that you've already checked if there is available space in your mailbox and that the email notifications were not dumped into the spam or junk folder of your inbox. Have you tried using another AOL email account to receive the notifications from JotForm? Kindly try and let us know if it works or not so that we can assist you further.

    Yes, I tried to use another AOL email account, but it still didn't work. I'm probably thinking about testing another form builder.

    Hello Johnny,

    Did you just recently create the email notification with that recipient address? I checked our mail server logs but I couldn't find any information regarding messages sent form our server to the email address mannacorporation@aol.com.

    Now, I made a test submission in the form http://form.jotform.com/form/3321241663 and then checked the mail logs. I got this information:

    May 25 07:29:09 ying sm-mta[18550]: p4PBT8LG018548: to=<mannacorporation@aol.com>, ctladdr=<jotform@ying.interlogy.com> (1001/1002), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=129757, relay=mailin-04.mx.aol.com. [], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (2.0.0 Ok: queued as BE5A6380000BE)

    Can you please verify with your company if they receive an email with my test submission? If they can't see the email in the inbox, have them check the Spam/Bulk/Junk folder for the emails. Let us know of any progress with regards to this.
