Do I need to reembed form after change of package?

Asked by OFIC on September 03, 2013 at 12:01 PM

We had a form on web and decided to upgrade to next level (1,000) to allow all of our students to register.  Once it hit 100 the form disappeared.  I enable it but they are not able to submit.  Does this mean I need to put a new code into the web page?

I did embed a new link but I still get the same error.  Please help - I have students waiting to register.  Thank you!

I had to go change the number of entries the form would take - it was set at 100 - I changed it to 1000 and it now works fine.
