Here is my requirement. I want to have free text (HTML) element in a form but want to include some of the form fields values as variables in that free text (HTML) box. Is there anyway I can do that?
Like for e.g. the free text should say something like "This paragraph explains that $firstName $lastName is ready to proceed with their plan."
where $firstName and $lastName are two form text box elements and when user enters some text in those elements, the free text (HTML) should use those values.
Can this be done?

I have tested the field tag in the Freetext field (HTML) and it is not working live.
However, there is a work around where you can put the e.g. the free text should say something like "This paragraph explains that $firstName $lastName is ready to proceed with their plan."
In the Thank You page where after submission they will be able to see the message and the data input there.
To be able to do that, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Click Setup & Embed
2. Thank you
Choose Thank you Message and Click Next.
The window of where you can edit the thank you message will show up.
And here's the instructional video on how you can add the field tag to the sentence.
Here's a sample form I created for you to see what I am talking about.
Kindly let us know if you have further questions or clarifications so that we can assist you wit it. Thank you.

Can the submissions be formatted to look like actual form? I have added some images/headers and free text in a form. When I see the submissions, it only shows the fields submitted and some additional information. Can I generate the submissiong PDF to look like my form?

Yes, you can edit its look. Just customize your form notification. Go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts and open your form notification.
Regarding on the PDF, sorry but that's not possible. Our PDF tool are auto-generated by our system, they can't be modified in any way.
May we also suggest to open a new thread for every non-related questions on this thread.

So here is the question for pdf then. I want to pass some agreement details in the submissions. Right now those agreement verbage are put in a free text (HTML). But when the submissions happen, those verbages are not passing along. To solve that, I put a hidden box and pasted that verbage inside the hidden box value. But I see only the partial text when the form is submitted.
Is there anyway I can specify the hidden field width or max length? So that I can pass along those verbage in the actual submission for regenerating pdfs?
Thank you for your great support.

You can view the Free Text(HTML) data in the submissions. You just need to enable it in the submissions page options.
