Why aren't fields showing on online form next to original PDF form?

After uploading the online form does not show up next to the original pdf form. Why is this?

If your PDF form is already a fillable one or contains fillable field areas, the fields will automatically show on the online form. Else, you will need to add form fields and map them onto your original PDF form.
