Hi, I've been trying to solve this myself - so far unseccussfully :-( . I got paypal checkout integration working on my form. Within in the form builder I can preview the bill that will be send as an attachment via mail when an order is placed. Problem is I want to change the way the pdf-bill looks because I have to adjust it according to my country regulations (Germany - we regulate a lot ;-)). I changed everything within the pdf-editor the way I wanted - my changes just weren't saved or not assigned to my form. Because everything is still the same and my pdf-template (even though I saved it) is gone. I also need to translate some words to german within the "PayPal SPB settings" in the pdf-editor.

    My questions:

    1. How do I make changes to pdf-template assigned to my form?
    2. How do I assign a different pdf-bill-template to PayPal checkout within my form?
    3. How do I translate parts of PayPal SPB settings words in pdf-editor?
    4. Even though I set the PayPal checkout to coma separation it shows a point seperation on pdf bill. Why? How to change that?

Hi, I'm happy to help you today.

You can edit the style and translate words in the PDF invoice from your PDF editor.

The PDF template when you enabled the invoice from your payment integration should be there named as "Professional Invoice".

I hope this helps. Regarding your last question please allow me some time, I'll get back to you shortly.

    Thank you.

Hi, we apologize for inconvenience with the comma separator. The issue had been reported to the backend team already and were now working to restore the service.

We will notify you here and in your email at once when fixed.
