Good day! Probably because you have the wrong URL? You have it temporarily disabled? OR, there's a limit to the form,and the limit is already reached.
You have three forms in your account, which one isn't working?

btw. I am getting registration form submissions to my email, but they
don't show all the fields, and when I go to the inbox on my jotform
account, it says there are no submissions. Help!

I can see that your form was disabled, I already enabled your form and everything should work now.
