    Field Forms' html code

Asked by jfedcle on May 20, 2011 at 12:11 AM

Any way to access/modify what the placeholder tags generate in the emails? Specifically, I have a matrix of checkboxes and would love that the email doesn't use an image to indicate a "check". Would prefer an html character or other sort of formatting so that the email is easily readable even with email images disabled.

    Hi,

I understand where you're coming from but currently there is not a way to have that modified from within the Form Builder.  I do, however, find your suggestion very reasonable so I am submitting a ticket for this request.  Our developers will take a look into this and decide if it's fit for implementation.

We cannot guarantee a lead time for completion though as we do not have enough manpower to handle all our users' requests.  We will notify you of updates via this thread so please stay tuned.

Thank you for your input.  If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.
