I have created my first form using JotForm and I liked how easy it was to setup. I have two items that I would like help with..
1. I have an email alert setup to go to a specific website. I used the info provided in the FAQ/Support area on how to setup the alert. The one thing that happens is the emails always go to my personal email address assigned to my JotForm account and not the one I have in the recepientname area on the alert.
Please let me know what else you need from me to help me out. I greatly appreciate any and all help.

Upon checking your form's notification and found that it should send the notification email to "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Have you actually tested your form by doing a live submission or you are testing it by clicking on the "Test Email" button you have in your notification window?
Please be noted that "Test Email" button always send email to your account email and not the recipient email address.
Please clarify and I will wait for your response.

Thank you that is what I didn't know... It works fine...
