I cannot log in to my account. My form has gone all wonky. What is the problem?

When I go to your site, it does take a bit to load but when I select 'Login' nothing happens. I don't get anywhere. I've been told it has to do with my account. Can you please fix this as soon as possible? Thank you.

Problem has been resolved. We cleared the cache on our server and it seems to work fine now.
Not sure if there was a DNS change or something here. I honestly don’t know enough about the technical side.
