I just upgraded my account but was not able to see the changes.

    HI i just upgraded my account and changed the log in person name as it was in the name of a employee instead of myself the owner of the business.  ANyway it appears that the payment and upgrade has not happend to my account now. 

     

    Can you advise what I need to do please.

    Hello,

    As I have checked MichelleByfield your account. I can see that it is still a free account and we did not received any payment from the said account. I have also checked using your email address and was not able to see any payment details there.

    Have you received any payment confirmation from us containing the subscription number?

    So that we could check further if the payment did went through?
