Forms stopped accepting information

    Dear srs at JotForm:

Our forms suddenly stopped not accepting more information once many of the forms reach the last page. This is happening to ALL our forms.

Everything was working just fine until a couple hours ago. Please check what is going on. This is critical to the project we are working on right now.

    Best regards,

    Jorge Mahecha

    Hi Jorge,

I've just sent some test submissions on some of your forms. I was able to do it successfully without encountering any errors.

Are you still facing the same issue? Can you please specify one form that we can conduct testing on? Are your forms embedded on a website? If yes then please provide the website page URL.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks.

    Thank you, Vick.

The forms are working but entering the information became very confusing to the point of being disruptive:

    1) No tick-marks are showing up when you select an answer. We have tried this with different computers in different countries.

    2) On page 3 of this form and many others, we require a response per row. All the matrix of response options turns red. This did not happen before. It is very confusing

    3) Some tooltip from another survey is showing up where it should not be. (It's dark blue, please see in attached pictures)

These surveys are to be taken by people who is not very savvy in technology. Any distraction of any kind is sure to jeopardize our data collection. The fact that there are no tick-marks is very confusing.

Please help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible, We cannot lose a whole day of work because of this.1603277235 5f9011b3512a8 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 101603277234 5f9011b2650c5 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 211603277234 5f9011b24ad00 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 321603277234 5f9011b224d24 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 43

Hello Jorge! It seems that you've changed your checkboxes to radio buttons (screenshot attached below).

    1603290219 5f90446b1758f Screenshot from Screenshot 10

    - 1) No tick-marks are showing up when you select an answer. We have tried this with different computers in different countries.

I see that the radio buttons are now properly ticked within the Input Tables (as shown in the screenshot posted above).
    Q) Are you referring to a different field? If yes, then please provide its name.

    - 2) On page 3 of this form and many others, we require a response per row. All the matrix of response options turns red. This did not happen before. It is very confusing

Yes, this seems to be a problem, It should only highlight the problematic row. I'll report this to the concerned department so that this could be looked into.
I'll report it to the Development team here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2646739

    - 3) Some tooltip from another survey is showing up where it should not be. (It's dark blue, please see in attached pictures)

Are you referring to the Hover text for the Input field? If yes, then it looks like you've removed it from your form.

Can you please provide us more information about this problem. We'll try to replicate this at our end.

    Awaiting your response.

    Thank you, Patrick.

We realized that changing the input format to radio buttons was a solution to our problem just by chance this morning.

If not for that, we would be in shambles. This change occurred without any warning.

    Regards,

    Jorge
