Not syncing properly with Google Sheets

Good day, my one form doesn't sync properly with Google Sheets. It goes well for a while and then suddenly stops. Sometimes it will continue again on its own but then we've lost a few submissions.

I have to then disconnect and connect it again. We haven't changed anything on the form for a while so it can't be that.

One of my other forms is extremely complex and we change things on it regularly but it syncs beautifully every time.

Hello! Our apologies for this inconvenience. Kindly note that the issue that you're facing mostly happens if form fields are changed or if rows of the integrated sheet are modified in Google Sheets.

Q) Are you making any changes to the modified sheet?

If you aren't then next time if this happens, get back to us with the problematic Submission ID along with the screenshot of your Sheet (you can blur the sensitive data and send only the space where this submission should have been placed). We'll look into the issue accordingly.
