Account locked

Hi

I've created a form that allows me to provide my clients a password link to access their own hidden client dashboard on my wix site.

I have just been locked out of my account as I assume the system flagged the word 'password' in the code?

Can you let me know how to proceed please?

Your account is auto suspended since your form https://form.jotform.com/202942544063351 is collecting password which is phishing as per our Terms of use.

I have removed the password field from this form and activated your account.

Please refrain from using the term password on your forms.
