Payment field is not being displayed in form.

    Hey, just creating my first form with JotForm and cannot figure out why my form will not generate the base $150 fee that I have included as a required for them to proceed with order and input credit info. When I test the form the credit card field and product section doesn't come up but is present when I am editing the form. Help

    I did check your form and found that you have added several conditions which has error. That is the reason why the payment field is not being displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

    I have disabled the conditions of your form and the payment fields should not display correctly.

    Please test your form and see if it works as expected.
