    Hello,

I am trying figure out how to have 4 fields populate to the bottom of each page of a PDF form for quick reference for the client.

The issue we are having is the form has numerous elements with conditional logic that change length of each PDF when they are submitted.

Here is a screen capture video of what we are trying to do: https://www.loom.com/share/704d0879d7c0487b89addf9114439252?from_recorder=1

I'm sure there is some way to do this, but we can't figure out how...

Thanks in advance for your help.
