404 notice when trying to open files that were uploaded in a form

    I created a form and put my coworker as the notification email address. She is unable to open the files uploaded in my New Vendor Packet form. She forwarded the email notification to me and I was able to open the uploaded files just fine. Do you know why this might be? Does she need to update her Chrome web browser, Adobe Acrobat, or Outlook settings?

    That will be solved by going to your SETTINGS > PRIVACY > and "Untick" Require log-in to view uploaded files:
