    Hi,

Are you refering to Salesforce Integration? Please use this guide

    Flexible-Data-Integration-with-Salesforce

to review if you were able to properly integrate your form.

If the integration fails initially, I suggest you try to remove the integration and re-integrate again to refresh the integration process to your SF account.

Please inform us if the issue persist.

    Thanks.

Seems to work for contacts, but not accounts which is what I use.

    Thanks for contacting us.

That's because the integration only allows you to export fields data to contact and lead lists but not to account. That's the way our integration works currently.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

It is listed as an option for the integration though and according to this post it says it should work.

Please note that the integration will not sync your old form submissions with the Salesforce. It will work for new entries only.

Can you please check if your integration is being synced with Accounts by going to All Accounts?

I have just tried the Salesforce Account integration using a test Developer Account, and my submission was synced with the Salesforce.

    Thank you.

    @Steve51523

I really apologize for my first answer, after double checking I was able to setup the integration using the Accounts list. I made some tests, but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, I highlight two of them below:

Have you already tried changing the fields you map in the integration, just to see if that makes some difference? If not, please give it a try.

Please let us know if that makes some difference or if the issue still persists, I will be looking in this,  trying to find the cause and a possible solution.

    Thanks

I got the account work but it wasn’t I need. We use the individual record type which doesn’t appear to be an option for the syncing.

    @ Steven,

Hi, can you please elborate more on the issue on individual record type?

    Is this the Person Account?

According to this SF support page http://login.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/account_person.htm, the ff: is annotated

    What is a Person Account?
Business accounts available in: All Editions except Database.com

Person accounts available in: EnterpriseUnlimited, and Developer Editions

    Note
Person accounts are not enabled by default in Salesforce. To quickly verify whether your organization uses person accounts, see if you have an option to select Person Account as the record type when you create a new account. To request person accounts, check with your administrator.

Please check if you have the appropriate SF accounts and if enabled.

    Thanks.

    @Steve

Could you please give us a little bit more information about the issue you are having with the record type while syncing? Are not Jotform exporting the data to your account list? Please let us know, so that we can further investigate and look for a solution.

    Thanks

We use the person account type. So I got it to sync with contacts and accounts, but neither of these are the record type we use. So is it possible to add person account type to your list that you sync with. So the integration would ask account, person, contact or lead at the first step on the integration.
    Hope so!

    Hi Steven,

Let me elevate this inquiry to our higher support team.

I am not sure if the Salesforce Person Account type is included in the JotForm Salesforce integration.

We will update you on this as soon as we can.

    Thanks.
