Passing Information to WorldPay

Hi

I have to build a form with WorldPay Integration to accept payments from clients. What Clients have to do is to input an inc=voice number and pay through Worldpay. I understand that currently, it is not possible to pass the field value to Worldpay from Jotform. If not is there a way I can add the field value to be included in the jotform report, so when the csv is downloaded only shows the filled columns/field. Also is there a way that I can somehow know whether the payments have been successful or not as this is important to confirm the payment has been made.

Ideally, I would like to pass the Invoice number as Cart ID to WorldPay and it will be good if this can be customised so instead of Cart Id Invoice number field be passed through.

This is really crucial to be able for my finance department to know who paid against what invoice number.

Any alternative solution will be appreciated

I'm not sure I understood your requirements correctly.

To clarify, do you want to create an invoice number in the integration?

Apologies for not being clear, what I need is for the invoice number from my form to be pass-through to WorldPay. This was when I get a report from WorldPay I will know which invoices have been paid

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass the invoice to your Worlpay. You may however create an invoice when someone pays through the integration.

You can use the Product list and add an invoice.

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, this will not help as our invoices are sent out from our finance system and what we ask is for users to pay through Worldpay quoting the Invoice number.
