Please provide support for GDPR compliance

Hello,

I am working for a European non-profit organisation and we would like to use JotForm to collect personal data of the students for an online learning platform.

I need your support to understand how we can provide all the proofs that using your services we are compliant with the GDPR regulations and which are the steps we have to follow (documents signings, other regulations, contracts, etc).

If possible, please provide reference implementations for other EU companies that are using your data collection services so we can support our choice.

Hi, we are GDPR compliant. You may sign a DPA to ensures the compliant transfer of personal data from data controllers in the EU to data processors in the EU.
