How do I attach PDF to the customer's email?

    Hi there,

    This is my fourth post on this. Seems simple but I've done what was posted and it did not work. I need the customer to get a pdf copy of the form they fill out emailed to them.

    How do I do this?



    I know how to get the pdf. I need the customer to get a copy too.

    I'd like to ask you whether you've tried to follow these steps outlined in this thread as it explains how to set up Autoresponder email with PDF attachments? Could I ask you is this the one what doesn't work for you?

    Yes I tried that. It sends a confirmation BUT NOT THE PDF TO CUSTOMER.

    I've checked your form, and the settings weren't turned on.

    I'd like to confirm I've now changed them for you, so it should send PDF to your customers.
