Dear Jotform
I have created this legal contract
https://form.jotform.com/202953151903047
It would be good to insert the {client name} dynamically and their {address}, is this possible?
And to email them a copy of it once its signed as well as a copy email to me.John

Hello John - That is possible, but there should be a field to get the data form. So I suggest adding a FULL NAME and ADDRESS field to the form.
Then determine the UNIQUE FIELD NAMEs of each field and add it to the PARAGRAPH field. In that way, the data will be passed on to the latter dynamically. Here's a quick video guide for your reference: http://tiny.cc/j5l0tz
You can just hide the FULL NAME and ADDRESS fields so your users won't see it.
Now, how to pre-populate the hidden fields with the data? That can be done using URL parameters. Please see this guide on prepopulating-fields-to-your-jotform-via-url-parameters. So in your case, this should be the link that you'll be sharing with the user:
This is just an example. You need to update the data based on the user's info to whom you will send the form link to.
Also, I have moved the other question to a separate ticket. I will address that shortly via this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2650263
