Form is not responsive on mobile view.

    The mobile version of my form does not look like the desktop version - the forms aren't scaling down to fit the mobile view. Is there a fix for this? I need a functioning mobile version.

    Is it embedded on a website? If it is, kindly share with us the URL where the form is located to investigate it further on our end? Also, may we ask for the make and model of the device you are using?
