Why do receipients now need to create account?

    We used to send Jotform links to clients and when they clicked on them, the form would open up without requiring them to have a Jot Form account.

    Why is this different now? If I send a form they cannot access it until they sign in to JotForm. Not cool.

    I did check your form and the issue is caused because of the form's access setting you have set. Since you have set access setting of form as "Private" and that is the reason only invited users can view form. Please check the screenshot below:


    If you want your form to be accessible by all, I would suggest you to please change the access setting of form to "Public Form".
