I'm not sure I understand your inquiry.
To clarify, when you try to login to your account and edit the form, you receive an error? Or the form doesn't load on the Form builder?
Kindly try clearing your browser's cache and log-in back to your account.

Yeah, the form doesn't load to form builder.
How could I edit the form? Do I have to subscribe to use the apps?

May we ask for the form link you are trying to edit to check it further on our end? If the form is created from a different account, you would need to login to that account to edit the form.

Thank you. I have verified that the form is available on the My Forms page, and you can select the form to proceed in editing it on the form builder. Please refer to the screencast below:
Kindly try to log in on an incognito window or clear your browser's cache. It seems that my colleague is right. It must be a cache issue.
