    Hi,

Is it that you would like to add an upload field for documents to your form? If that is the case please review this link,Upload Field Allowed File Types, for more information on the file types that are supported by our upload field.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any more qustions.

Thanks for emailing, and that did help. I actually thought I was on a page to search for help.
Now that I have my form “done” and linked to Google docs, I have tested it by putting the link in an email and emailing it to myself. I cannot seem to get the “pick file” button to work. Nothing happens when I click it. I am using internet explorer instead of firefox.
    Thank You,

    Hi,

I couldn't  replicate this issue using IE8, and IE9. When I click the upload button, windows explorer let me choose the file.  May I know which method are you using to embed the form at your web site?

Could you try by using the iframe method  to embed the form at your site, also could be helpful if you provide the link where you are showing the form.

    Thanks
