First of all, GREAT respect for this amazing page. I don't know where the mistake is, but it seems to be nothing that can be configured at all.
When I submit the form it claims that it has been submitted before, which can't be.
2. First time when problem 1 did not appear the mail came without the typed variables from the input boxes. The mail just contained the values from chosen radio buttons and checkboxes.
What can I do to get some support?

I cloned your form and make some submissions test, but I didn't recieve the "submitted multiple times" alert, may you had the "Unique Submissions" checked.
2. I received the email notification containing all the fields, please take into account that once you add a new field to your form, you should edit your email notification layout in order to add the new field to the email notification.
