I am trying to put on my form that if they want 5 shirts and 3 of them different sizes how do they change that?? I can't find it anywhere. Thank you so much.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The easiest way to achieve this is by selling the shirts separately by size using the Product List element. Optionally, you can group or categorize your products by size or by product name.

There are other options.
You could, for example, just clone the demo form, where most of the work is already done.
You could also just use one of the pre-made templates that JotForm provides at the following link:
