How do i reactivate old view

    Need to reactivate old view on my forms. We print out all of our form entries (for data entry on customer orders), and the new view prints a 4 page document versus 1 page. Multiply this by the hundreds of entries we get and it costs us a lot more in paper. Used to be we were prompted to change to old view, but it appears this feature was removed and as a result it is going to cost us much more for no good reason.
