Can we change/upgrade Premium Plan from Monthly to Yearly at a later date?

    I just upgraded because we ran out of space.  I upgraded to monthly payments and want to know if I can change to yearly at a later date?

    Hi,

    Good day! Yes, you should be able to upgrade from Monthly to Yearly at any time you want to. You can do that by going to your My Account - Billing Section:

    http://www.jotform.us/myaccount/billing

    Hover and Click to Premium Plan > Click "Yearly" > Click "Upgrade/Downgrade" button. OR, contact us and will do it from our backend.
