Is it possible to create a custom web form to accomplish our goals?

We have an antiquated web site www.mercerandsons.com

We also have a draft shopify site.

I do not like the shopify payment system nor the feel of a generic full ecommerce site.

We'd like to have a form which would make things easier for the customer and also enable us to use the data in that form to streamline our ordering process and our manufacturing procedures.

We have multiple cloth choices and multiple sizing options (multiple variants).

I believe it's possible to accomplish. You can start by building the form first and add your products there using the PRODUCT LIST field. Or you might want to take a look at these templates and use it to start with: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/order-form/product-order-forms
