PDF Editor/Preview Not Matching Downloaded PDF Format

    The "HIPAA Agreement" field looks fine in the PDF Editor/Preview, but once I download it, the "Accepted" value pushes all the way to the right. I have another similar PDF that doesn't have this issue.

    I tried cloning the form and it shows correctly on my end:

    Could you please try creating a new PDF document and remove the existing one? See if it makes any difference:

    I tried duplicating the same pdf and the cloned version still shows the formatting different from what I see on screen.

    I was able to fix the issue. For some reason, I had to reduce the height of the line element right above the element I was having issues with. Looks good now. Thanks!
