HIPAA account: unable to access attachments in form submission

    I still can't access attachments that are submitted with my form. Attached is a screenshot and you can see that I am in my hippa account in the address bar. I tried this from my inbox and also from submissions.

    I have not been able to replicate the issue on our test HIPAA account.

    I was able to download the uploads on my submissions from the form submission page.

    Are you trying to download the uploaded files from your Form submission page?

    Are you facing this issue for all submissions of this form: "202803904688057"? Are you facing this issue for any other forms in your account?

    I have cleared the form cache in your account also.

    Please try logging into your account using an incognito/private browsing window and check, please.
