MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED AGAIN !!!!

    Dear Sir,

    Today while I was testing the form https://eu.jotform.com/form/202972428624358 the account was suddenly SUSPENDED and is still not accessible. 

    This happened apparently without any motivation!.

    I need the quickest reactivation of the account as the form was the base for a sale which is on-going.
