I would like to create an application form using Jot Form. I wanted to have a "complete application form" link on my website. On clicking that link, it will take them to the Jot Form (to be created) but before they start inputting their information, they have to create a username and password. Do you have a sample form that has been created that I can clone? If not, are you able to point me in the right direction as to how to do this please.
I also wanted users to have the ability to save the form and return to it at a later time using their user id and password, is this possible to do?

Hi pepjf, So if I am understanding all of this correctly you to create a application form that given after a username and password are created and included in this is the ability to save and continue as needed.
I'm afraid not at least with the Login request in regards to our system here on JotForm, that is something we do not allow. I'm not saying that it is your intention of doing so as it is known and understandable that some might want to create a sort of Membership for use. However, it is because it can lead to a violation of our terms of service resulting in an account suspension due to being seen as phishing. So because of that, it is not recommended.
This is also the reason why you are unable to see or find any forms of this sort in our Template Gallery that has several thousand different types of forms to clone and use.
Alternatively though, if this is something you still wish to go through with. This might be possible with the use of an outside Website CMS System with one of our Forms to then manifest this data into the CMS Console. It would require the Form, the Forms Source Code, and most likely getting your hands dirty with some custom programming of some sort to build it this way which would have to be done outside of JotForm but we will try to help you with it. Please let us know if this would be something of interest to you.

Hi, I have been waiting eagerly for your response, thank you.
I do have a website and I can ask try to see if I can create the "create the username and password" or even name and email address login from there.
But would I be able to attach my jot form to my website so that when a user logs in either with ther username and password or username and email address it takes them to either a new form if they haven't started one before or an existing form that was previously saved so they can continue and submit the form. Would this be possible?
If this is possible, when users submit the form, everything else is the same right? I can either retrieve the forms from my account on Jot form online or through the email I setup with it right?
Please let me know the above because I will go ahead and start creatiang the form now, so I can later get assistance with the custom programming you mentioned earlier. thanks.

In addition to my colleague's, you might also want to check out JotForm API.
Please update us also on the custom programming you need and we will provide you assistance the best we can.
