Account Suspended

we are transitioning from email me form so we "attempted" to simply import the form using the url to the email me form and apparently that upset you. We are a not for profit that runs children's programming. We have been with email me form for about 6 years or more. But someone suggested you guys because we can create forms where if people pick one item they cannot pick it again.

Your account was suspended since it was asking for sensitive information (eg: login credentials) which is against our Terms Of Use.

I have purged the offending forms and reactivated your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
