    Please try re-embedding the form using its iframe code.

    Use this guide Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Inform us if the issue persist even after re-embedding.

    Hi,

    It seems to me the issue had to do with the other meta code on your web page where the form was embedded.

    When I test view the form on mobile device using its direct URL http://form.jotformz.com/form/32456452598666 , the form can be view just fine.

    Did you perhaps added this custom meta tag on your web page?

    If you can temporarily disable this meta tag, please try and then test view the form again.

    Check if this makes the difference.

    Thanks.

    Hi, I was able to fix it by adding media query in wordpress page where trying to insert, height assigned lower resolutions and it works.
    Attached the code that I Use:

    <style type="text/css">
    @media all and (max-width:767px){
    #JotFormIFrame{
    height:1630px !important;
    }
    }
    </style>
