i got a message that my account has been suspended
can you activate my account back ?

I did check your account and found that it is suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing activity. I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

the survey used for my customers to fill it requesting purchase of real estate and used by Jotform android application in my office
