Is there a known issue with JotForm today? We have had to reset our password 3 times today and each time we go to log back in we get this error saying the account is locked when no one is even attempting to login.

Apologies for the inconvenience,
Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. I have now re-activated your account and flushed your login attempts. Now you will able to login to your account.
