Students denied access to the form: requested URL could not be retrieved

    Unfortunately, my high school students are not able to open the JotForm; we are on a google platform, and I chose to create my form on JotForm. After trying several times, none of our students are able to open the form.

    Does this happen often?

    Hi Lisa,

    As I can check, the issue is related to your local network configuration, which blocks access to some websites.

    Could you please kindly try to clear your browser cache and check again? You may also try to open the form using other browser and check. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the IT team that is responsible for setting up network configuration and ask to enable access to our form URLs.

    To verify the issue is related that specific devices/network configuration, you can open the form using any other device which is connected to another network (like mobile internet) and check.
