I am facing a new issue with my form
For some reason our submit button is not working on English version. But, when i preview the from through jotform's dashboard, the english submit button works fine.
The main problem in the link that i have provided you http://dev.homecentrestores.com/hc-roommakeover/final_form.html
is suppose I fill the data for english and the submit button does not work, so then i change the language to arabic and fill the form, but before submitting i again toggle back to English and this i see that the data which i left half filled is still retained.
Can i flush the data out from the browser when i toggle the language radio button (English / Arabic).
Please try the link and submit an entry and see the actual problem as narrated above.

Since you are using the form's source code, you will have to re-embed again your form using its source code in your web page http://dev.homecentrestores.com/hc-roommakeover/final_form.html
As it is now, the form in your website is not the updated version of this form http://www.jotform.co/form/32383558289871
Please update the embedded form and test again.
Update us of the results and we will check further.

I recently made some updates, wherein i have changed few things in the preferences > autofill forms wizard
Is this what you expect me to do and then update it on my server ?
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Kindly suggest.

What I meant was, if you did modify/edit/update the form.. you will have to re-embed again the full source code for the updates/edits to reflect on the embedded form.
When I check your form http://www.jotform.co/form/32383558289871, it has some other elements that are not on the website http://dev.homecentrestores.com/hc-roommakeover/final_form.html
So, I thought the form in the website might not be the updated version and needs to be re-embedded.
But from what I have observed so far, it might be a little difficult to be always re-embedding the form's source code into your web page due to complex customization you have done on the form.
And I have also noticed that there seems to be an obvious script conflict issue between the existing scripts in your web page, and the scripts on the form.
Will it be Ok if you use the iframe embed of the form instead? This will prevent script conflict.
I know you understand that using the iframe embed will loose the styles that the page have on the form. BUT there is also a workaround for this so that the style will be retain even when using iframe embed.
