Asked by gordoeng6 on September 08, 2013 at 01:49 PM

I want to create multiple PayPal sales forms. Error message said I could only do one sales form. I upgraded to the $9.95 version, but still cannot create multiple sales forms.

Hello, Unfortunately, there can only be one payment tool per form due to the workflow the form process. I do apologize for the inconvenience this may have brought you. Allow me to raise a ticket in regards to your input. This way the Development Team can evaluate the request. Now I cannot promise this feature will ever be implemented. But it is best to let the Development Team now your request nonetheless.

If you do have any other concerns feel free to create a new thread so that we can help solve it. Thank you.

You can certainly create multiple sales form. There is restriction on that.

But, you cannot add more than one payment integration into a single form. You can add multiple products, but there can be only one integration on a form.

If you can explain exactly what you are trying to do we can provide a better suggestion. Thanks.

In two different areas of my website I want to offer different sets of products. I do not wish to include both sets of products in one long form, but rather take the customer to the specific product set for purchase. I guess I do not understand the term "integration". I had attempted to create two separate sales forms using PayPal as the processor. I did not include two payment processors on a single form. One of the forms worked fine using the Buy Now button, but the other turned out to behave as a Submit button and never navigated to PayPal.

    Hello gordoeng,

My apologies, I originally misunderstood your initial description to the problem, I've gone ahead and tested both paypal forms but I am unable to reproduce the problem, as both forms redirect me to Paypal.

This is the paypal form for form: http://jotform.co/form/32504983815863

    Title Me Form

I also do see that Form: http://jotform.co/form/32504983815863 does has a Submit button labelled as Submit, as opposed to form http://jotform.us/form/32444894623157 that has the Submit button labelled as Buy Now!

The Submit Button label can be edtied by Clicking the Gears icon for the Submit button, then clicking on Show Properties

    1

Once the Properties window is open, you can edit the Submit button's label under the Submit Text area.

Do test the forms to make sure if you are being directed properly now. And kindly test the instructions above to edit your Submit button's text.

If the issue persists, do let us know. Thank you.
