Issue with Jotform on certain version of Microsoft edge

    Just to confirm the issue is on this form - https://www.visionexpress.com/remote-eyecare-service, on the below version of edge;

    Version sceenshot as attached;

    It doesn’t let the customer click the calendar icon. If I manually enter my DoB with either / or – between dates it says invalid format and won’t let me submit.

    Can you please help?

    Hello Grace! Latest version of Edge on Windows is 86.0.622.51 and on macOS is 86.0.622.51. Let us know which device/OS you're using.

    I would recommend that you suggest your customer to use the latest version of the Edge to avoid any such issues.

    They could also try using any other browser such as Chrome.
